When one is totally dedicated to teaching yoga to the community, it is only natural that an institution be set up to train more yoga teachers.
Hence YZ Academy, the official training centre equipped with its specially designed Teacher’s Training Course (TTC) based on an international standard module.
TTC equips students in both theoretical and practical aspects, covering a thorough syllabus that range from the physical to breathing techniques and the history of yoga, from basic Asana to physiology and teaching methodology. In short, the course expands students’ yoga horizon, drills them with knowledge and prepares them to be yoga teachers.
Taught by professionally qualified teachers, students are exposed to class participation and role-play to prepare them for real scenarios. And they learn it all in comfortable, spacious studios complete with changing rooms and lounge areas.
The majority of YZ Academy teachers are qualified Masters from the original Yoga School in India itself, the birthplace of yoga. These teacher’s teachers hailed from across the seas, led by their passion and dedication to teach yoga. With fire and zeal, they inspire their students to great heights of excellence. |
