Element
Ideal for first timers to yoga. An introduction to the fundamentals of yoga postures. It is the practice of basic postures combined with correct alignment and breathing technique. Class is conducted at a more relaxed pace where students are encouraged to ask questions.

Hatha 1
Ha means "sun" and tha means "moon," hence hatha yoga is commonly translated as the yoga that brings union "of the pairs of opposites." It is the basis for all other styles of physical yoga, it prepares the body and mind for the more sublte practices of pranayama and meditation. On a physical level, it aims to increase practitioners’ core strength, coordination, balance, flexibility, flow, concentration and endurance.

Hatha 1 favours correct alignment, this enables one to practice safely and to obtain the full benefits of the postures. Typically, each asana is held a period long enough to ensure it is understood thoroughly. Basic postures and breathing techniques are introduced gradually in a step-by-step manner. Suitable for beginner-intermediate practitioners.

Hatha 2
Hatha 2 is for intermediate and advanced practitioners. More postures (such as inversions) are introduced and each posture will be held for a longer time.

Gentle flow class is an introduction to a vinyasa based class (the linking of breath & movement into a continuous sequence). It is ideal for intermediate students who have mastered the basic asanas.

Flow
Building on the basic sequence learnt in the gentle flow class, the Flow class deepens the vinyasa practice by introducing more challenging asanas. It is designed for intermediate-advanced students.
