Termination of membership
 |
YZ or YC has the right to terminate the membership of any member without notice and with immediate effect if :-
| i. |
The member's conduct, whether or not such conduct is the subject of complaint by other members and in the reasonable opinion of the management of YZ and YC, it is harmful to the interest of YZ and YC; |
| ii. |
The member breaches any of the terms and conditions of the membership |
|
|
A member whose membership is terminated by YZ or YC will not be entitled to any privileges of the membership with immediate effect without any claims for a refund; |
|
Upon termination of the membership, the member shall return forthwith his/her membership card and any other evidence or property of membership provided to him/her and shall settle any outstanding debts, if any. |
