Ken is our Yoga Zone "Chief" for Pilates and Yogilates Teaching. He is also otherwise known as the "Iron Man"?!
Ken's passion has always been wellbeing and fitness. After more than ten years in the field of Accounting, Ken, who has over five years of extensive training in Pilates and Yoga, finally decided to follow his passion full-time and switch to a career in Yoga and Pilates teaching.
